Challenge accepted \u2013 Opportunity Mindset in action<\/strong><\/p>

Recognizing opportunities, taking initiative, and creating something together\u2014that\u2019s what our Opportunity Mindset is all about. In April 2026, this meant rolling up our sleeves during lunch break, grabbing a shovel, and getting started. Together with an experienced gardener, a section of our company premises was redesigned and transformed into a large, perennial lavender bed.<\/p>

Within just one hour, employees could join flexibly and contribute\u2014a low-threshold format that was very well received. Around 20 colleagues took part and planted a total of 90 lavender plants. Accompanied by pretzels and refreshments, the activity created a positive and engaging atmosphere that everyone enjoyed.<\/p>

Growing together \u2013 sustainable and visible<\/strong><\/p>

Beyond the immediate team experience, the initiative also highlights our commitment to sustainability. Topics such as biodiversity, ESG criteria, and sustainable business development are becoming increasingly important\u2014for our customers and partners as well. With the new lavender planting, we are making a small but visible contribution to the environment and biodiversity at our site, while also providing a valuable food source for our company bees.<\/p>

Our gardening expert shared practical knowledge and useful tips, turning the activity into a long-term project. In the years to come, the plants will grow and flourish\u2014serving as a living symbol of development, collaboration, and future readiness at robos-labels.<\/p>
