Movement brings people together – and shared commitment creates lasting memories. That is why robos-labels once again supported the City of Kornwestheim’s Kindergarten Sports Festival in 2026 by donating 70 pizzas for around 400 preschool children. At a time when municipal budgets are under increasing pressure, the social commitment of local businesses is becoming more important than ever. We are therefore especially pleased that our contribution was so warmly appreciated by children, parents, educators and the event organisers alike.
The Kindergarten Sports Festival was a powerful reminder of how valuable the collaboration between businesses, sports clubs and public institutions can be. Together, we create experiences that inspire children, strengthen communities and make our region an even better place to live. At robos-labels, this sense of responsibility has been part of our company culture for many years. To us, sustainability means not only developing innovative industrial labelling solutions, but also making a meaningful contribution to the people and communities around us.
Moving with Enthusiasm
At the beginning of July, around 400 preschool children from Kornwestheim and Pattonville transformed the local stadium into a place full of energy, joy and team spirit. Their ceremonial entrance to the famous Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack created goosebump moments right from the start. What began with a little excitement quickly turned into a morning filled with sporting fun and enthusiasm.
Across eleven varied activity stations, the children demonstrated their coordination, speed and teamwork. Whether navigating a scooter course, taking on sprint challenges or mastering skill-based games, every activity encouraged movement, enjoyment and cooperation. The programme was complemented by a giant inflatable, an adventure movement course and a quiz that provided fun breaks throughout the morning.
More Than Just Pizza
After the sporting activities, the children enjoyed a well-deserved lunch. The 70 pizzas donated by robos-labels not only satisfied hungry appetites but also became a visible symbol of our strong connection to the local community.
The feedback from the organisers was especially rewarding. Stephen Perri, Head of the Children’s Sports School of the City of Kornwestheim, personally thanked robos-labels for its support and emphasised that, particularly in light of the current discussions surrounding municipal budgets, the sponsorship had been recognised and greatly appreciated by parents, educators and accompanying staff.
For robos-labels, community engagement is not a one-time initiative but an integral part of who we are as a family-owned company. We firmly believe that successful businesses have a responsibility not only towards their customers, but also towards the communities in which they operate.
Responsibility Beyond Our Factory Gates
As a manufacturer of high-quality labelling and identification solutions for the technical industry, medical technology and mobility sectors, we focus every day on precision, quality and future-ready solutions. At the same time, we know that innovation can only flourish where people enjoy working together and take responsibility for one another.
That is why we are committed to supporting regional projects, local associations and social initiatives on a regular basis. The Kindergarten Sports Festival is a wonderful example of how businesses, municipalities and volunteers can work together to create something truly meaningful. The many smiling faces of the children at the end of the day were the greatest reward.
