Logistics and Customs Clearance
For us, modern logistics means an optimized mix of fast, reliable and at the same time economical delivery of our products. We keep an eye on the needs of our international customers and deliver labeling products directly to their branch offices worldwide and also take care of the entire customs handling process.
We currently supply our high quality labels to 35 countries in and outside the EU and rely on our long-standing and proven collaboration with our professional logistics service providers.

Reliable Delivery of Your Labeling Products
We ship your packages within Germany as standard via our long-standing partner UPS using the “UPS Express Saver” service, which guarantees delivery on the next business day. This allows us to assure you of delivery on the exact day specified.
Internationally, we partner with the freight forwarder DACHSER and its local branch, which is located just a few kilometers away from us. This allows your order to be picked up quickly and with minimal transit time. We value DACHSER and its international network as a highly reliable partner.
Of course, you can also have your goods picked up by your own carrier on a “carriyer-paid” basis, or we can register the shipment with your shipping provider using your customer number. We work with all major package delivery services.
Sustainable and Careful Packaging
We use only recycled cardboard boxes, packing material made from recycled paper, and paper shipping label envelopes. We place great importance on careful packaging and ensuring that the goods arrive undamaged at our customers. We participate in the Euro-pallet exchange pool, so that the pallets remain in circulation and can be reused.
Professional customs clearance worldwide
As a general rule, all our delivery notes and invoices include the customs tariff number and the country of origin on the labels. For exports to third countries, we prepare the necessary export documentation for you and handle the entire export process.
For countries outside the EU, as the shipper, we handle the preparation of the necessary customs documents, such as the EUR.1 for exports to Switzerland or the A.TR for Turkey.
Upon request, we issue so-called supplier’s declarations for our customers, provided the requirements are met. With these supplier’s declarations, we confirm that our goods are of European origin, that the majority of the value added takes place within the EU, and that the goods we produce are therefore eligible for preferential treatment.
Focus on the EU Packaging Act
Our goal is to label all packaging with its recyclability in the near future. We have already implemented this across the board for packaging cartons. We will also switch to labeled bags for label rolls.
Automated Workflows Through EDI Integration
Our goal in using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is to achieve the highest possible level of process automation through integrated business workflows and the digital integration of our customers’ processes. This saves time and ensures data security. A positive side effect is reduced paper consumption, which helps protect the environment.
Robos-labels already uses the “SupplyOn” EDI connection with various modules for many customers. A wide range of functions—from request for quotation to shipment notification—can be mapped. Shipping packages can be labeled with a customer-specific barcode via “SupplyOn.” Overdue deliveries trigger a warning.
Product Labeling for Reliable Identification
All of our products are marked on the roll core so that customers can clearly distinguish between items—something that is not always easy with blank labels, for example. By default, the roll core labeling includes the robos-labels item number, the customer item number, the customer order number, the quantity, and the lot number. Upon request, cartons can be labeled with robos-labels labels or VDA labels.
Consistent Supply Security Guaranteed
Once your order reaches a certain volume, you can place blanket orders with us. We will then pre-produce the goods and store them in our call-off warehouse until you request them. Robos-labels will then deliver partial quantities on the exact day specified, ensuring that supply security is always guaranteed.
