Identify products reliably and make them traceable: Technical products must remain clearly identifiable for years, even under demanding operating conditions. robos-labels develops customized solutions for permanent product labeling, from nameplates and rating plate labels through barcode and QR code labels to personalized and serialized labels with variable data.
Material, adhesive, printing, and construction are matched to the product, surface, further processing, and service life. This results in labeling solutions for machines, devices, electronic components, batteries, and other technical products that integrate reliably into existing production and traceability processes.

Reliably meet requirements and customer specifications: Standards, legal regulations, and OEM specifications place high demands on industrial labeling. What matters is not only which information appears on a label, but also whether the labeling, material, and adhesive are suitable for the intended application.
Among other things, robos-labels produces UL labels, VDA labels, GHS labels, hazardous substance and dangerous goods labels, as well as security and tamper-evident labels. On request, we support projects from material selection through samples and initial sampling to documented series approval.

When temperature, chemicals, and surfaces become a challenge: Heat, extreme cold, chemicals, oils, moisture, UV radiation, or difficult surfaces can significantly affect the performance of a label. A label must therefore always be considered as an interplay of surface, material, adhesive, printing, and environmental conditions.
With a broad selection of specialty materials, robos-labels develops high-performance labels for demanding applications, from heat-resistant and high-temperature labels to chemical- and oil-resistant labels or cryogenic labels for temperatures down to −196 °C. We also develop application-specific solutions for rough, textured, oily, or low-energy surfaces. Material samples and near-series prototypes allow early testing under realistic conditions.

As a specialized label manufacturer, robos-labels combines modern label printing with expertise in materials, adhesives, laminating, and die-cutting. Together with purchasing and product development, we create customized solutions that can go far beyond pure labeling.
In addition to functional labels, multi-layer labels, and booklet labels, we manufacture custom self-adhesive die-cut parts and functional parts for bonding, protecting, damping, sealing, and insulating.
