As the year draws to a close, one evening in the robos-labels calendar always holds special significance: our Christmas party. On December 5, 2025, the teams from robos-labels and our subsidiary Folit came together in the festively decorated company cafeteria—an evening filled not only with the scent of oranges and pine greenery, but also with a strong sense of togetherness, appreciation, and our family-oriented company culture.
After a year marked by many new developments and exciting challenges, moments like these are more valuable than ever. Surrounded by warm candlelight, lovingly decorated tables, and cheerful conversations, long-standing colleagues were honored, stories were shared, and new memories were created around the fire bowl and traditional Feuerzangenbowle. An evening that made one thing clear: robos-labels is more than just an employer—we are a team that stands together.
An Evening Full of Appreciation and Shared Moments
The 2025 Christmas celebration began with a particularly moving moment: the honoring of our long-serving employees. Colleagues celebrating five to twenty years with the company were recognized with bouquets of flowers and personal words—a meaningful gesture that highlights how important loyalty and commitment are, especially in economically challenging times.
While the courtyard outside was bathed in warm light and a pavilion tent with a lounge area added a cozy touch, the cafeteria inside the company building transformed into a festive meeting place full of smiling faces.
“The positive atmosphere was noticeable from the very first moment—you immediately felt connected,” says Pinar Süryan from Order Management. With white candles, red tablecloths, walnuts, and oranges, everything about the evening focused on community and appreciation.
Culinary Highlights & Cheerful Entertainment
In the gallery, guests enjoyed a generous buffet featuring roast goose, red cabbage, bread dumplings, vegetarian dishes, and fresh salads—accompanied by regional wines, Fritz-Cola, and refreshing lemonades. The Feuerzangenbowle, prepared and warmly served by Hubert Penzenstadler, quickly became the heart of the evening.
Entertainment was provided by the Technical Sales team and Fabian Staiger: a lively drawing-and-guessing game delivered plenty of laughs, with some especially impressive guesses coming from the children of our employees.

Fire Bowl, Dancing & a True Sense of Family
While many colleagues enjoyed lively conversations indoors, others gathered outside around the fire bowl. Laughter, dancing, and shared celebrations filled the crisp winter air, accompanied by the crackling of the fire.
At the end of the evening, one feeling remained: this Christmas party was more than just an event. It was a strong symbol of unity, mutual respect, and the shared joy of moving forward together into a successful future.
