In 2021, Adna Music and Alah Kheder began their apprenticeships at robos-labels. Over the past three years, they’ve had the opportunity to explore all departments, learn about internal processes, get to know their colleagues, and gain hands-on experience in the working world. Now, they are reaping the rewards of their hard work and proudly holding their certificates of completion.
Managing directors Simon Reuter and Daniel Sugg are also thrilled about the dedication and perseverance shown by their trainees. In label production, specific knowledge is required, which is best learned from the ground up to fully understand processes, printing techniques, post-processing, and materials. That’s why trainees at robos-labels are so valuable. Those who demonstrate strong performance and great teamwork during their apprenticeships often secure permanent positions with the company upon completion.
