In October and November 2025, three robos-labels employees participated in HP training sessions in Barcelona, focusing on the latest generation of the HP Indigo Digital Press. The HP Graphics Academy in Sant Cugat is recognized as one of the world’s leading training centers for digital printing technology. Each year, more than 2,000 professionals — from machine operators and prepress specialists to print engineers — receive hands-on training there.

Three Employees, One Goal: Excellence in Every Detail
Joachim Blum completed the HP Indigo 6×00 Digital Press – Advanced Operator Level 3 course, which focused on advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization. “I learned how to calibrate our machines even more precisely and identify potential issues faster,” says Blum.
Alaa Khader attended the Level 1 Operator Training, which covered safety, material care, color management, and the handling of consumables. His conclusion: “Reinforcing the fundamentals was essential to ensure stable and consistent production quality.”
Peter Laurösch from the Prepress Department took part in the HP Production Pro – Indigo Labels & Packaging course. For him, the workflow aspect was especially valuable:
“The training showed me how to set up jobs more efficiently and control color profiles with greater accuracy. This saves time while ensuring the highest print quality.”
His insights are now being directly implemented in the daily work of the prepress team.
