In December 2025, the time had come again: robos-labels honored 14 employees for their many years of service—ranging from 5 to an impressive 25 years. Joining the celebration were the two Managing Directors, Daniel Sugg and Simon Reuter. In a festive setting, we celebrated not only loyalty, but also the strong sense of togetherness that has always defined robos-labels. Because in an industry that is changing rapidly, it is above all the people behind the machines, systems, and processes who make a company successful. Whether in medical technology, mobility, or industrial manufacturing—our customers benefit every day from the experience, stability, and quality that come from long-term commitment. This anniversary is a strong sign of trust, continuity, and a shared future.
People make the difference
Whether in administration, print production, quality assurance, or logistics—the robos-labels team is diverse and well-coordinated. Many employees have been with the company for one, two, or even two and a half decades. They have supported technical innovations, helped shape digitalization steps, and proven to be stabilizing forces in times of economic uncertainty. Especially now—when, according to the 2026 Annual Economic Report, industrial growth is being dampened by geopolitical challenges, skills shortages, and supply-chain risks—it becomes clear how important reliability is, both for customers and within the team.

With many years of service, robos-labels employees hold an enormous wealth of knowledge. This know-how flows directly into our products: high-performance labels that withstand extreme conditions, enable traceability in medical applications, and remain reliable in e-mobility as well. With their dedication, our long-serving colleagues have actively contributed to making us a leading system supplier for multifunctional labels—and we are determined to strengthen this position even further.
