On July 1, 2025, the Kornwestheim stadium once again turned into a stage for movement, excitement, and community spirit. Nearly 350 preschoolers, together with their teachers, marched in to the rousing “Pirates of the Caribbean” theme – a goosebump moment for everyone watching. At the 26th Kindergarten Sports Festival, organized by the City of Kornwestheim and local sports clubs, the children showed courage, teamwork, and pure joy at eleven different activity stations. Despite the summer heat, quick solutions were found – shaded areas became impromptu courses, water and sponges turned into play tools. Right in the middle of all the action: robos‑labels, providing a generous pizza donation that created an unforgettable shared lunch. In doing so, we show our strong commitment to our hometown – while the children experience what true togetherness feels like.

For the young athletes of Kornwestheim, it was a day full of adventure. From scooter courses to ice‑ball relays and even tricky quiz questions – each station offered a new challenge. While the children ran, jumped, and laughed, their teachers and volunteers demonstrated what dedication looks like in action.
