Adhesive seals for the documentation of opening and manipulation

The adhesive seals seal devices, fittings or items and cannot be detached without residue. This way an initial opening can be documented doubtlessly. They protect for example water meters and other measuring devices against manipulation and can be used instead of metal seals. Compared to metal seals, the adhesive seals can be severed very easily and without any tools in case of authorized opening and they are much cheaper than metal seals. They consist of multilayer foils which leave residues on a substrate, like for example inscriptions. Depending on the application, the documentation foils with security cutouts come into action, which fragment or tear at unauthorized detachment or at the attempted transfer. They also serve the producer identification and backtracking and adhere absolutely reliable also under harsh conditions.

The adhesive seals seal and close reliably and are much easier to handle than the metal seals. The adhesive seal labels are cheaper than the metal seals and can be individualized. Also during the transport the goods, devices and other products are securely protected against an unauthorized opening. The soft and smooth labels are suitable for substrates in different forms and fit perfectly. Only extremely robust temperature resistant high-performance materials will be used. For bottled substances, like for example gas cylinders, it is secured that the authentic contents by the manufacturer are contained or that the inferior materials will not be relabeled. The adhesive seal labels cannot be transferred as a whole onto plagiarisms, which makes a fraud impossible.

Information like producer logotype, warning signs or user information are imprinted. According to the individual customer wishes classical one-dimensional or even complex two-dimensional barcodes, 2D data matrix codes, alphanumerical signs or numerations will be extracted from a data bank and imprinted. With the help of special printing methods we are able to print even smallest 2D codes up to minimal size of 5 x 5 mm (approx. 0.19×0.19 inch) or also multicolored so-called 3D codes.

The adhesive seals for the opening evidence offer the best possible flexibility. This happens by using suitable special materials of leading manufacturers, individual die-cutting forms and premium adhesives.

Our upscale and accurate processing with most modern die‑cutting technologies guarantees the highest precision and reliability for the label application. Thus even partially encoded labels with adhesives which are difficult to process can be processed mechanically very well, which increases the user efficiency in the long term.
