On September 29 and 30, 2025, it was time once again for the annual stocktaking at robos-labels. What may feel like a dry obligation for many companies has become a special event for us each year. Because here, it’s not only about counting inventory – it’s about the strength of the team.
Twenty dedicated employees took on the task of recording the inventory across our 19 roll warehouses, 11 high-bay warehouses, as well as the outdoor and raw material storage areas. Equipped with laptops, they carefully counted label rolls, sheets, and materials, cross-checked the results, and documented everything with precision. And since hard work deserves a reward, a food truck was waiting with cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, fries, and cookies. Under a sunny sky, colleagues gathered in the courtyard to enjoy a relaxed moment together. What could have been a routine task turned into an efficient yet family-like experience – a perfect reflection of the robos-labels culture that has defined us for decades.
Stocktaking as a Team Effort
At robos-labels, the annual inventory is more than a numbers exercise. It is an expression of what has characterized our company for decades: precision, organization, and team spirit. On September 29 and 30, 2025, colleagues from all departments joined forces to review the inventory at the close of the fiscal year.
Across 19 roll warehouses, 11 high-bay warehouses, an outdoor storage area, and a raw material warehouse, the work involved counting, comparing, and documenting. Colleagues meticulously checked shelves, counted rolls and sheets of labels, and verified materials until every figure was reconciled with the system.
Structure Meets Preparation
The fact that everything ran so smoothly was no coincidence. Two experienced colleagues had meticulously planned the process in advance – from detailed task lists to the optimal organization of counting teams. This preparation paid off. Within a short time, the stock was recorded, without stress or disruption. The combination of structure and teamwork made the success possible.

Once the work was done, a special highlight awaited the team: a food truck rolled into the courtyard and served juicy cheeseburgers, tasty veggie burgers, fries, and delicious American cookies. Under the sunshine, colleagues came together to enjoy, laugh, and celebrate their teamwork.
The relaxed atmosphere after the concentrated effort once again showed that robos-labels stands not only for premium labels, but also for a vibrant corporate culture.
The 2025 stocktaking was a perfect example of how work, community, and enjoyment can go hand in hand – true to the spirit of robos-labels.
