A golden late-summer evening, the Ludwigsburg Residential Palace in the background, 1,200 runners at the starting line – and right in the middle of it all: our robos-labels team. With 14 colleagues from administration and production, enthusiastic support from our subsidiary Folit, and even two children stepping in for colleagues who couldn’t make it, this year’s AOK Company Run turned into a truly special experience. The 5.7-kilometer route led through the Blooming Baroque gardens, past Favorite Park, and back to the palace. Sunshine, team spirit, and an atmosphere full of energy made the evening a highlight – not only for the runners, but also for the cheering crowd along the way. And for robos-labels, there was an extra reason to celebrate: our apprentice Artila crossed the finish line as the third-fastest female trainee.

Team spirit that unites
“It was just amazing how we motivated each other – whether during the run or at the warm-up,” says Fabian Staiger, who works in production planning at robos-labels and also acted as team coach. “At events like this, you really feel how strong we are as a team.”
With seven women and seven men from administration and production, the robos-labels team was as diverse as our daily work life. Zarina, Julia, and Micha, who supported the group as a cheer squad, added to the fun and excitement, making the evening truly memorable. A special highlight: with Leonel (8) and Frida (10), even two young runners joined in – proof of the family spirit that runs through our company.
Successes and strong performances
Beyond the joy of running together, we also celebrated sporting success: Artila, our apprentice, made it into the top 3 fastest female trainees. “I never thought I’d end up so far ahead – the support of my colleagues really pushed me forward,” she said proudly.
But in the end, it wasn’t about times or rankings – it was about togetherness. After the finish line, our team gathered at the event program, enjoyed grilled sausages and cold drinks, and celebrated the shared kilometers. With music from a DJ and the award ceremonies, the company run turned into a lively summer festival – a wonderful example of how sport and work life go hand in hand.
More than just a run
Company runs have long been more than sports competitions. They are a sign of unity, health, and motivation – values that are especially relevant in today’s economic climate. While many industries face major challenges, one thing is clear: companies that invest in team spirit and employee engagement are more resilient and better prepared for the future. For robos-labels, the AOK Company Run is not just a sporting milestone – it’s a strong statement of our company culture.
