For the second time, robos-labels has had its sustainability efforts evaluated by EcoVadis. Since its founding in 2007, EcoVadis has become a globally recognized provider of sustainability ratings for companies, with a network of over 130,000 rated businesses.
In the overall evaluation, robos-labels improved from 67 to 72 points out of a possible 100, coming just one point shy of the threshold to achieve a Gold Medal. According to the percentage-based benchmarks, the cutoff for the Gold Medal level was set at 73 points.
Compared to the previous rating, robos-labels made significant progress in the “Environment” category, increasing from 70 to 80 points, in “Ethics” from 60 to 70 points, and in “Sustainable Procurement” from 50 to 60 points, each out of 100.
QHSE Manager Priya Jain is optimistic about the results: “We will continue to consistently pursue our sustainability initiatives and make the most of all opportunities. Our next goal is to earn the Gold Medal for robos-labels. This highest recognition would be a testament to our ongoing commitment to sustainability, which is becoming increasingly important to our customers.”
