Andreea is a student at the Robert-Franck-Schule in Ludwigsburg, currently enrolled in the AVdual program. As part of her internship at robos-labels, she had the great opportunity to explore the profession of Office Management Assistant. During her time with us, she not only got to experience what a typical workday in a modern company looks like, but also learned a lot about customer interaction and teamwork.
Her goal was to gain deeper insight into professional life and discover what it’s like to work in an office environment. At the end of the internship, the students create a report or poster to present their experiences to the class.
Interview with Andreea about her internship at robos-labels
How do you like it at robos-labels?
I really like it here! From the very first day, I felt very welcome at robos-labels. The team is friendly and supportive – whenever you have a question, there’s always someone ready to help.
Why did you choose to do your internship at robos-labels?
My AVdual mentor, Ms. Milosavljevic, told me about the opportunity to do an internship here. Since other students from my school had also had great experiences, I was curious to see for myself – and it was definitely worth it!
Which departments did you get to know during your two weeks?
I had the chance to explore various departments, such as Sales and Technical Sales, Logistics, Order Processing, and Marketing. On my very first day, I was welcomed into the Sales team, where everyone made a real effort to introduce me to the profession.
What new things did you learn?
I realized how important good communication and teamwork are – it’s essential to support one another. Precision is also very important, as even small mistakes can have a big impact. I found it especially interesting to see how different departments collaborate and solve problems together.
What did you enjoy the most?
I really enjoyed working in all departments – each had something unique to offer. I was particularly interested in Marketing and Quality & HSE. Marketing allowed me to explore my creative side, which I found a lot of fun. In the Quality & HSE department, I appreciated the attention to detail, especially when it came to checking label sizes and designs.
What surprised you the most?
The machines in the production area were absolutely fascinating! Each machine has its own specific function, but all of them are essential for manufacturing the final products. It was impressive to see everything in action.
What are your career plans for the future?
I used to be really interested in design – maybe as a graphic designer or architectural drafter. Now, I’m not completely sure. What I do know is that I’d like to work in an office setting. After completing my secondary education in two years, I plan to start vocational training – by then, I hope to have a clearer idea of the path I want to take.
