In September 2023, Artila started her apprenticeship as an office management clerk. She got to know robos-labels through a school internship, where she showed a lot of interest in the company. Therefore, she was able to start as an apprentice at robos-labels, even though there was no apprenticeship position planned. Artila grew up in Kosovo and came to Germany with her family in 2021 at the age of 14.
We asked her some questions about her CV and her experiences so far at robos-labels.
Artila, which schools did you attend?
In Kosovo, I attended school up to the ninth grade. In Germany, I then spent a year learning the German language in a preparatory class. I passed the language exams up to level B1 and achieved a good secondary school diploma with a grade of 2.0.
How did you find out about robos-labels?
When I attended the AVDual class, an internship was mandatory. In searching for an internship, I found robos-labels in Kornwestheim.
How do you like your apprenticeship so far?
So far, I really like it – the way of working and also that all employees are very helpful.
In which departments have you already been?
The first two weeks I was in administration and sales. The following three months, I got to know the production on various printing and converting machines. This way, I learn how our labels are produced and processed. Right now, I am with the colleagues in sales again and learning a lot about offers and calculations.
What did you like about your internship at robos-labels?
There are a lot of employees from different countries who get along well with each other. Everyone is very friendly, and there are many new things to learn.
What are your hobbies?
In my free time, I really like to draw; I always find something that I can draw.
