The world of work from my viewpoint
“Every cloud has a silver lining.” This quote is how I conduct my life because I’m a real optimist. I always try to look at the future with a positive outlook. I believe, change is the only constant thing in life and those who do not change do not grow.
I’m a few months from completing my apprenticeship in office management at the Robert Franck School, Ludwigsburg. This training is exactly in compliance with my interests because the areas of organisation and management have always fascinated me. As part of my training, I am currently working in the marketing department, here I will gain an insight over the product, price, place, and promotion politics. The topics where robos-labels tries to align economic and environmental objectives.
Through a bachelor’s degree in India and a master’s degree in Singapore in Business Administration, I have acquired fundamental comprehension of the subject. Through this theoretical knowledge, I can overcome the challenges in the practical world. Training courses like Datev, MS Office, Networking, Role as Sales Associate, Creative Thinking and Problem Solving, as well as Innovation at Work have expanded my spectrum of skills.
At the same time, I am constantly enhancing my German in order to integrate myself for a better future. I count working under high pressure, coordinating people from different fields and meeting tight deadlines as my strengths. I would like to use all my previous experiences, implement them here and develop them further.
Diversified, challenging and exciting fields have always lured my interest. Collaboration with robos-labels provides me with a platform through which I can structurally learn and expand my knowledge in a national and international environment.
Robos-labels is undoubtedly one of the most well-known label printing firms with customers around the world and a unique corporate culture. Here, customers are individually advised and well cared for. Comprehensive know-how and a fair and transparent way of working lead to long-term partnership relationships with customers.
Five years ago, I moved to Germany with hopes and dreams and now look forward to exploring and developing my career here further. Since I come from a multicultural country with different beliefs, I have learned to accept and respect people and their ethics. With the German level C1 and fluent English I am sure that with my soft skills, team ability and precise working methods, I can imagine myself as a part of the robos-labels team.
